Welcome to zntharchive.com. We provide website features, products, and services (“ZNTH Archive Services”). By accessing or using the ZNTH Archive Services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Your Account

If you create or use an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We sell products to adults capable of purchasing with a credit card or other accepted payment method. If you are under 18, you may use ZNTH Archive Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

We may refuse service, terminate accounts, cancel orders, or edit/remove content at our discretion.

3. SMS/MMS Mobile Messaging Program Terms

ZNTH Archive (“we,” “us,” “our”) offers an SMS/MMS mobile messaging program (“Program”). By opting in, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

User Opt-In

By joining the Program, you consent to receive promotional messages from ZNTH Archive at the number used during opt-in.
Consent is not required to purchase.
Message & data rates may apply.

User Opt-Out

To stop receiving messages, reply with:
STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT.
You may receive a confirmation message.
No other opt-out methods are valid.

Your Responsibility for Number Changes

If you change or discontinue your mobile number, you must complete the opt-out process first.
You agree to indemnify ZNTH Archive for issues caused by your failure to notify us.

Program Description

Subscribers may receive marketing messages related to:

  • releases

  • promotions

  • product updates

  • reminders

  • alerts

Cost & Frequency

Message frequency varies.
Extra messages may be sent based on your engagement.

Support

Text HELP to the number you receive messages from, or email info@zntharchive.com.
Emailing us is not an opt-out method.

MMS Functionality

If your phone does not support MMS, messages will be sent as SMS.
We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Carriers are not liable for delivery issues.

Participant Requirements

You must use a wireless device capable of two-way texting and be on a participating carrier.

Age Requirements

  • Under 13: not permitted

  • 13–17: parental consent required

Prohibited Content

You may not transmit content involving:

  • fraud, harassment, threats, stalking, defamation

  • hate speech, profanity, or discrimination

  • unlawful products or services

  • viruses, malware, or harmful code

  • protected health information

  • any content prohibited by law

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute relating to the Program will be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Memphis, Tennessee, under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules.

  • No class actions or class arbitration

  • No punitive damages

  • Arbitration decisions are final

  • Each party pays its own arbitration costs unless otherwise ordered

If arbitration is unenforceable, disputes proceed in court without a jury.

4. Copyright

All content on zntharchive.com—including text, graphics, images, logos, downloads, and software—is owned by ZNTH Archive or its content suppliers and protected by copyright laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

ZNTH Archive Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that the Services or communications are free of viruses or harmful components.

ZNTH Archive is not liable for any damages—direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential—arising from use of the Services.

6. Risk of Loss

Items purchased from ZNTH Archive are shipped under a shipment contract.
Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Applicable Law

Your use of the Services is governed by:

  • The Federal Arbitration Act

  • Applicable U.S. federal law

  • The laws of the state of Tennessee, excluding conflict rules

8. Policies & Modifications

You should review all policies posted on zntharchive.com.
We may update the site, policies, and these Terms at any time.
If any provision is found invalid, the rest remain in effect.

9. Miscellaneous

You confirm you have authority to agree to these Terms.
Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.
Program or Terms updates may be sent electronically, and continued use signifies acceptance.
